Do you accept insurance?

At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, you may be able to have a percentage reimbursed and may use your HSA/FSA card. Please email for more information.

Who do you work with?

I work with individuals, who are highly committed and dedicated to collaborating with a registered dietitian nutritionist. Since behavior change takes time, individuals should be willing to dedicate at least four weeks, and it would be ideal to dedicate more time for long-termsustainable changes. I do not work with individuals who have diabetes or renal disease.

What is the investment for nutrition services?

Seeing a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist may not be the right fit for everyone. However, nutrition counseling services are an investment in your health and longevity. Think about the changes that you make now that can potentially prevent or delay nutrition-related diseases. If you think that this investment will benefit your health, then you are in the right place!

What are your credentials?

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)/Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND)

  • Master of Science in Human Nutrition with a Community Nutrition Concentration from the University of Alabama

  • Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a Dietetics Emphasis from the University of Arizona

  • ServSafe Food Sanitation Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association

  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals from the American Heart Association (AHA)

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. More details can be found in the Cancellation Policy sent to you upon scheduling an appointment.

What kind of support will I receive while working with you?

All clients have access to a HIPAA-compliant private chat on Healthie. On Healthie, there are additional features including journal entries, food diaries, goal-tracking, hunger/fullness tracking,  and app syncing capabilities. In the future, Voila Nutrition will offer support groups.
