Yourself stepping into your kitchen, opening your refrigerator, and not wondering about what you are going to eat for the day. You reach for your favorite foods without guilt because you now know that waffles with maple syrup will not make you gain weight, just like eating an egg white omelet will not make you lose weight. Then, you pair it with some berries and nut/seed butter. You sit in your chair and savor every bite of your meal because it is what you actually enjoy. Later in the day, you do not have sugar cravings because you honored your hunger and incorporated your favorites.

Weekly Group Calls

  • Individualized counseling for every client on the call

  • Setting goals with Stavroula that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound

  • Revisiting your progress in achieving your goals and modifying goals that may not be a good fit

  • Connecting with individuals who also want to adjust their eating patterns

  • Judgement-free and safe space without the mention of specific calories, weight, or other personal health-related information

Monthly1-on-1 Sessions

  • Before starting group sessions, begin your nutrition journey with an initial consultation

  • Discuss information and barriers that you may not want to discuss in the group sessions

  • Receive personalized and evidence-based monthly meal plans that are broken down into weekly meal plans with recipes and grocery lists

Outside Support

  • Gain access to evidence-based handouts that will better support your goals

  • Chat your questions to Stavroula via Healthie platform (desktop & mobile app)

  • Use Healthie to track your progress with journal entries, food diaries, macro- and micro-nutrient analysis, goal setting, and more!

  • Revisit notes from your 1-on-1 sessions
